The first-prize winner must provide evidence of their identity within 30 days. If the winner is not eligible to own the property under the New Zealand Overseas Investment Act 2005, it will be sold at a price set by the market and net proceeds then transferred to the winner. The cash value of the prize car and overseas holidays will be offered to winners not residing in New Zealand.
